GB.QUEEN VICTORIA LIVERPOOL POSTAL HISTORY. A well-collected and beautifully displayed collection written-up to exhibition standard in two beautiful "FG De Luxe" Frank Godden padded albums in slip cases. Specifically Liverpool numeral cancellations as applied to stamps on 1844 to 1887 covers.
