GB.ELIZABETH II HIGHLY SPECIALISED MACHIN COLLECTION 1967- 2017. A wonderful opportunity to obtain a highly detailed collection. It begins with two folders of the pre-decimal Machins in singles, coils, panes and blocks of 6. Carefully identified using the Deegam system (and SG in places) with a variety of cylinder blocks, uncoated papers, missing phosphors and other varieties. The collection then moves into the decimal Machins in three folders and three albums. Again very detailed and comprising of singles and corner blocks of 6 (with a few larger blocks) mainly identified using the Stanley Gibbons Specialised catalogues, QEII Decimal Definitive Issues and some using the Connoisseur Catalogue. Again a plethora of missing phosphors, gum types, paper types, cylinder numbers, printers types and other varieties. Hours of enjoyment and hard work have clearly gone into assembling one of the most comprehensive Machin collections we have seen. Such is the level of detail that we have an e-mailable spread sheet which is available for the decimal Machins (unable to print this) to assist with the magnitude of the collection. Some stamps stated to catalogue at over £100 up to £400. (Many 1000s of stamps)
